Booking a fire breather is entirely safe for your audience, provided it is handled by professionals. The risk lies almost entirely with the performer; for spectators, we ensure safety by maintaining strict distances. After the act, it is important to consider the surface: fire breathing can leave tiny droplets of oil on the ground. We therefore advise cleaning the performance area afterwards to prevent slipping. That way the venue stays safe and accessible for everyone.
Yes, provided the space and ventilation allow it. Because there is no wind indoors, our fire breathers can direct the flames with extreme precision and often create even larger effects. Thanks to our high-quality, pure fuels, we minimise odour and smoke, making a spectacular indoor show entirely possible under the right conditions.
A standard set lasts 15 minutes, but we adapt fully to the flow of your evening. Often we perform two or more sets, splitting the fire breathing into shorter, explosive moments. We do this because of the immense physical intensity for the performer, which actually heightens the impact of each moment.
The price of a fire breather depends on the specific booking, but generally sits in line with our freestyle acts. It is a flexible option that is more accessible than a full, programmed fire show. Do bear in mind that the rate is slightly higher than for a standard freestyle act. This is due to the increased risk, the necessary safety measures and the use of special, high-quality fluids. We only work with the purest materials to guarantee the safety of the performer and your guests.
A fire breather is highly flexible, but the location does need to meet a few basic conditions. The most important factor is the clearance height and distance to the audience; we need a safe zone with no flammable materials (such as decorations or tent fabric) directly above or around the performer. Outdoors, wind direction is decisive, so we often look for a spot where we have room to move with the wind. For indoor venues we look specifically at ventilation and ceiling height. Usually an open spot near the entrance, a central square or a raised stage is the best choice for maximum visibility and safety.
