A fire show is an investment in a moment your guests will remember for years. But what does a show like this actually cost? The honest answer: it depends on what you want. A short solo act for a reception carries a very different price tag than a full production with multiple artists, dedicated technical crew and bespoke choreography.
In this article we explain transparently how we structure our prices, what the different show categories cost in broad terms, and how you can spend your budget wisely. That way you know where you stand from the start and can decide more easily which show suits your event.
What determines the price of a fire show?
The price of a fire show is shaped by a number of factors. The more you understand about these, the better you can compare quotes and choose what fits your event.
Number of artists
A solo act with one performer is naturally more affordable than a group show with four or five artists. Larger productions often add technicians on top, building up to teams of eight to ten people.
Length and complexity of the show
A fifteen-minute freestyle act at your venue and on your music is very different from a bespoke choreographed show. Bespoke work requires rehearsals, and those rehearsal costs are factored in.
Venue and technical setup
Are we working at an easily accessible venue, or on a floating stage, a rooftop, or in the middle of nature? And who handles the technical side? Our smaller shows are largely self-sufficient or we work alongside the technicians on site. For larger productions we often bring our own technical team for light, sound and pyrotechnics.
Type of show
Fire, light, a combination, or a full production with installations: each category has its own price level. More on that below.
Additional services
Think of fire installations, projection mapping, custom music, costumes or special effects. The more bespoke the work, the more preparation it takes, and the higher the investment.
Price guide by show type
We don't work with one rate for everything. We offer different categories, from accessible flexible acts to extensive full productions. Below is an overview from low to high, so you know which direction fits your budget.
Freestyle acts (small budget, flexible)
Our freestyle artists are the most accessible option. Little preparation, no extensive technical setup, and flexible to deploy during a reception or as a welcome moment. You get strong performance quality on your music and at your venue. Each artist has a fixed price, so communication and planning run smoothly.
Solo and small fixed shows (entry level, good value)
Our fixed fire shows such as Crescendo and small light shows such as Led by Light fall into this category. The artist provides the basic technical setup themselves, so the show runs self-sufficiently. A nice balance between spectacle, ease and affordability, ideal for medium-sized events.
Small installations (long duration, broadly applicable)
Think of a Tree of Light, LED filament installations or smaller fire decoration elements. An artist or technician sets these up and they then run for a long time during the event. The value is excellent because the impact is far greater than the effort involved.
Large shows (bespoke, optional in-house technical setup)
For larger productions such as Eclipse or Spectra we offer a fixed base show, with the option to use your own technical setup or ours. If you choose our setup, you are fully taken care of, build-up runs more smoothly and less needs to be coordinated in advance.
Large [installations](/installations/) and full productions (top tier)
Fire Tornado, projection mapping, holographic projections, bubbles and lasers on a large scale: this is where multiple technicians and multiple installations come together to fill an entire space with spectacle. A full production combines shows and installations into one complete world at your event.
Bespoke shows
For unique venues, live orchestral music, your own music choices, costumes and choreography we draw up a separate quote. Rehearsal costs are charged separately because we are genuinely building a new show.
We deliberately don't quote exact figures here, because every request is different. What we do promise: a transparent quote with clear extra options, so you can choose what fits within your budget.

- Insurance and all safety protocols
- Travel time within Belgium
